Born and raised in Maine and lived in New England all my life!  I started having a passion for radio in high school.  Began serving in Christian radio in 1999, now going on over 25 years!
 

I love to travel, especially to places with beaches and water!  I LOVE Mexican food!  I could eat tacos several times a week!  I'm a big fan of all New England sports teams (Sox, Pats, Celts & B's).  I enjoy swimming and playing volleyball.  Oh and if you like playing board games or cards, I'm there!!!  I love being with family and serving with my church family !  I'm passionate about sharing life, faith & God's amazing goodness through His Son, Jesus here at THE Q90.1!

My wife, Nicole, and I got married in 2005 and we have a two daughters (born in 2008 and 2010). We also have a yorkie-poo who is a female, so I welcome male guests in our house at any time.

I have been in radio since the day I left college in 2001. I literally packed up my dorm room after my last final and drove the Uhaul to Maine and started my new career the next day.

Some things about me? I don't like coffee. I love pizza and um... pizza. I enjoy Cream Soda. I love watching and playing sports. The family dog? Yea, she is not theirs, he is mine. She loves me the best. I love hats and wear them whenever possible. I had a seizure in fall 2014 and my family has seen God work in amazing ways through that and since that situation. He if always faithful.

Graduated with a degree in Broadcasting & Digital Media from Cedarville University and I've been in radio professionally since 2016. I love connecting with you every weekday afternoon on the air. I recently become passionate about birdwatching and enjoy eating dumplings at any opportunity I get. I also enjoy deep conversations, Ray Bradbury, reading, and spending time with my husband Brandon and my cats Seymour and Maggie. 

My husband and I were middle school sweethearts and now are happily married with two beautiful children. 
I started working in radio right out of high school in 2001 and thrilled to be a part of The Q90.1 family!

I love being with my family, (furbabies included).  Enjoy getting lost in the woods, listening to new music, and sharing my stories of my faith journey and the love of Jesus Christ. 

I work on my family’s miniature farm and hopes to one day have it full of adopted animals. I just has to convince my husband that adopting every animal in the world is a necessity. 

I did my first  radio show on a pretend station in my bedroom at the age of nine. By 13, I was actually on the air at a college station in my hometown and got my first paying job in radio in high school and have been doing it ever since!

I'm a family guy who absolutely adores my kids — Arianna and Emerson. 

I love music, sports, techie gadgets and Jesus!  I'm active in my church, serving as a Life Group leader for four years and as audio leader for the worship team for the past 13 years.

I started The Uplift Radio Show after seeing so much depression and sadness in this world, people struggling, people hurting. There’s so much darkness in a lot the world around us. I wanna be a light in the darkness, an encourager, a hope dealer pointing people toward the ultimate hope — Jesus!

From the second I heard the big radio stations in Boston, MA, God had put it on my heart that this is what I was meant to do. I feel very blessed to be able to share contagious encouragement on The Q90.1.  Life can be difficult at times, but sometimes all you need is a little reminder that God IS there and He IS in control....you are NOT alone.

I'm thrilled to be the mother of 3 beautiful boys, and an amazing husband.

I have been married to my husband Jeff for over 20 years. We have 2 amazing sons. Our oldest is a senior in high school and our youngest is in the third grade. They are very active in music and sports and keep us very busy. I have had the honor of serving in Christian radio and was an on air personality and general manger for 12 years in the North East. I am super excited to be on air in my home state. I grew up in West Bridgewater.

I've lived in Holden, MA for more than 20 years, and originally from Ohio, home of the General American Dialect.  I'm married to my amazing wife Carie, and we have four kids.  Graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcasting Communications from Pensacola Christian College and have written two books, including a novel, called “Flat Earth”.  I've pastored in New England for 25 years, and currently the pastor of Chaffin Church in Holden, Massachusetts.  Some of my favorite things to do are writing, basketball, and turning the radio up loud. 

I was born and raised in Worcester, MA, so this area is very near and dear to my heart!  Although I feel like I've been a born entertainer my whole life, I'm fairly new in the world of radio, and this opportunity to be a personality on the Q90.1 actually began as a literal dream I had one night. And in God's divine way, He made it happen!

My husband, Scott, and I have been married for five wonderful years with one beautiful daughter and now a son on the way! I love spending time with my family, I'm passionate about cooking (and eating), and I love sharing the story of what Jesus has done in my life with others.

My career is in the education field, but my new passion and pursuit is in writing my very first Christian children's book in hopes to reach, teach and inspire children to know and pursue Jesus with everything they have, and support their parents in the process!

Matt was born and raised locally in Charlton, MA his whole life. He grew up learning to love the outdoors and having fun! Matt has always had a passion for music, and even started his own band called “Blue Heart” at the age of 10! His younger teen years are when he started attending Faith Church in Auburn, MA. This sparked his interest for Christian music. Starting to volunteer at Q90.1 events years ago, he has developed a strong connection with our Q90.1 listeners. He loves to meet new faces, and see old friends at all types of Q events! Matt has been blessed to be able to travel the world, and the country in his journey, and can’t wait for the future of The Q90.1FM.

Ron Van Orden was born in New Jersey and has also lived in the Atlanta, GA and Lexington KY areas, before moving to Charlton MA in 1997.   He has worked in several large multinational companies in sales, marketing, and regulatory areas.  In addition he served on the board of two international companies, in Australia and the Netherlands.   In 2007, He left work in these companies, to start two of his own businesses.   He retired in 2016.  After doing some volunteer work with The Q90.1 over the years, Ron joined the new management team with The Q in 2020.  

Serving with the management team at the Q has truly been a blessing, "these are some of the finest people that I have had the pleasure of working with".   He looks forward to working with this team and all our incredible volunteers to expand this ministry in Worcester County.

James Cooper was born in St. Paul, Minnesota and grew up in Dallas, Texas.  After moving to Worcester in 2004 he started a real estate brokerage that somehow evolved into a growing moving company.   James and his wife Heather are blessed to have 23 employees and offices in Worcester, Springfield and another coming soon to Providence, RI.   They are the parents of 7 wonderful children, 5 sons and 2 daughters.  They have been associated with The Q 90.1 as Fresh Start - The Moving Crew, a business partner since 2013.

Deanna Mills is the Vice President Business Development, Commercial Lender at bankHometown in Auburn.  She attended Worcester State University.  Deanna is passionate of The Q90.1's mission and serves on the Board of Directors for our parent organziation, Epic Light Network, Inc.

Esteban Carrasco Jr. and his wife Rebekah Carrasco founded House of Destiny Ministries Inc. and serve as President and President-Elect.  Rev. Esteban Jr. hold ministerial credentials through Global Ministries and Relief in Tampa, Florida.   Rev. Carrasco is co-founder with his wife of House of Destiny Church, Southbridge and currently serve as senior pastor.  Reverends Esteban and Rebekah are blessed with four kids.
