AMPLIFY YOUR FAITH GETAWAY CONTEST RULES DETAILS & REGULATIONS

The Amplify your Faith/Rock The Universe ticket giveaway contest is a production of Christian FM and its parent company SmartRadio Suite and it’s affiliates, which is solely responsible for its administration and execution. No purchases or donations are needed to participate in the contest. By entering the contest, participants are agreeing to the rules of the contest. Christian FM/SmartRadio Suite and it’s affiliates are not responsible for any participants exposure to COVID-19. Prices are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash value. All elements of the prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption.

 

Between November 18, 2024, and December 31, 2024 Christian FM Media/SmartRadio Suite and it’s affiliates will randomly select 22 families (4 people per family ) submitted through the contest page on each of the 22 affiliate’s websites/pages.  The winning 22 families selected will win 3 tickets to the Rock The Universe event, tickets into the park, as well as a three night stay at Cabana Bay Beach Hotel for the nights of January 23 - 25th (1 room), Round trip airfare, transport to and from the airport to the hotel and all taxes and fees will be covered. Grand Prize has a fair market value of $3,397.68.

Additional Rules and Regulations:

1. Eligibility: To enter the "Amplify Your Faith Getaway" Contest (the "Contest"), participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, agents, and immediate family members of the radio station, as well as individuals who have won any major prize from the radio Station in the last 60 days, are not eligible to participate. By entering this Contest, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

 

2. Entry Limit: Only one (1) entry per household is permitted. Any attempt by a participant to enter more than once in a single month may result in disqualification.

 

3. Prize Details: The Contest is run by ChristianFM Media. All rules and regulations imposed by Breeze Airways and Universal Studios Orlando pertaining to the prize(s) are applicable and must be adhered to by the Contest winner and any accompanying participants. Prize consists of 4 RT Airfare tickets to Orlando or Tampa FL, Transportation to and from airport to hotel from Orlando or other transportation options from Tampa provided by radio station, 3 nights stay at Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort, 4 Rock the Universe tickets and taxes, fees associated with it.

 

4. Entry Period: The Contest entry period begins on November 13, 2024 at 05:00AM and ends on December 31, 2024 at 8PM (the "Entry Period"). Entries received after the Entry Period will not be considered.

 

5. Prize Draw: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or around January 1, 2025. The odds of winning are approximately 1 in 33,332

6. Notification of Winner: The potential winner will be notified by the radio Station via email and or phone call within seven days of the prize drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification within seven days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified time frame may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

 

7. Prize Acceptance: Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the radio Station and its sponsors to use the winner's name, likeness, and voice for promotional purposes without additional compensation or consent.

 

8. General Conditions:  This radio Station  reserves the right to terminate or modify the Contest at any time, for any reason, without notice. This Station is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human errors or failures that may occur in the administration of the Contest.

 

9. Disclaimer: This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or any other social media platform.

 

10. Governing Law: This Contest is governed by the laws of each state according to where the winner is chosen, and any legal proceedings related to the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of their County and State.

 

11. Additional Family: The grand prize only covers 4 people to a family. If there are more than 4 family members, it is up to the family to purchase additional airfare, event tickets and or hotel rooms or upgrades to accommodate additional members.

By participating in the "Amplify Your Faith Getaway" Contest, you agree to abide by these rules and regulations and any decisions made by this radio Station , which are final and binding in all respects. You also agree and give permission to have your voice recorded, played back and heard on the radio station along with photos used for promotional purposes on social media, websites and online, streaming and on-air.

Universal city development, partners, limited, D/B/A, a Universal Orlando resort “Universal Orlando“ is a prize supplier only in this promotion, is not a sponsor of this promotion, and is not responsible for the administration of the promotion, the collection of entries, or the selection of any winner. Any disputes, claims and causes of action against universal Orlando arising out of or relating to any person’s use of or participation in any prize provided by universal Orlando, shall be resolved by applying the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws provisions therein, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in state or federal courts within Orange County, Florida. Search claims shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action, and all such claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event to include attorneys fees.

 

PRIZE DETAILS

 

PRIZE: There will be many Grand Prizes (each a “Grand Prize”) awarded.

Each Grand Prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive:

• Three (3) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room family suite, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at Universal Cabana Bay Beach Resort or at another Universal Orlando Resort hotel (as determined by Universal Orlando in their sole discretion);

• Non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Orlando, FL;

• Universal Orlando Resort Rock the Universe 3-Park Rock Your Weekend Park-to-Park Tickets for Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) Guests.

 

Each Grand Prize has an approximate Fair Market Value (“FMV”) of One Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Three and 19/100 Dollars ($1,953.19) [1] [2] and must be used by January 26, 2025 or the prize will be forfeited. Check-in for Grand Prize hotel stay must take place on January 23, 2025 and check-out must take place on January 26, 2025.

 

The Rock the Universe 3-Park Rock Your Weekend Park-to-Park ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to: BOTH Rock the Universe events after 4:00pm on Friday, January 24, 2025 AND Saturday, January 25, 2025 plus three (3) days of admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure AND Universal Volcano Bay on January 24, 25, and 26, 2025 during normal operating hours. At Universal Studios Florida closing time on Rock the Universe event nights, holders of Rock the Universe event tickets (including this Rock the Universe 3-Park Rock Your Weekend Park-to-Park Ticket) will be directed to a designated area within the theme park until Universal Studios Florida is cleared of day guests. Select rides and attractions will remain open at the sole discretion of Universal Studios Florida management. Ticket expires in full on January 26, 2025. Unused days shall be forfeited.

 

Some restrictions may apply.  If Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of the Grand Prize with fewer than the allotted amount of guests or no guests, the Grand Prize will be awarded to winner and each participating guest and any remainder of the Grand Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.  All elements of the prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption.    Winner must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.  If the winner is between the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty-one (21) years of age, he/she must be accompanied by an adult, who is at least twenty-one (21) years of age in order to check into the hotel. Minor guests, if any, must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Any difference between stated FMV and final FMV of prize will not be awarded. Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, air travel, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, baggage, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc.) are included in the prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. Hotel accommodations do not include meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, not specified here. Theme park tickets are valid during normal operating hours only.  Operating hours and availability of attractions and shows are subject to change without notice.  Some special events may be separately ticketed.  Universal Orlando reserves the right to change the name of all tickets. Unless otherwise indicated, all tickets specifically exclude admission to special or separately ticketed “hard ticket” entertainment events at any of the theme parks, hotels, or within any of the Universal CityWalk venues such as Hard Rock Live®.
